Why yes, that WAS my mug over at the Craftzine blog yesterday, where the fabulous Ms. Nat gave a shout-out to a project I’ve been working on since this summer: Sampler Select: Pins & Needles!

I’m really excited about launching this product, and not just because it contains a fabulous headband kit by our very own Queen Puff Puff! I just think it’s rare to be able to find a good collection of craft stuff, either for gifting or just having around the house, that’s affordable and high-quality.

Lat year, for example, my husband’s mother requested some craft supplies for Christmas, and - I’m embarrassed to have to admit it - it was an overwhelming task. Tracking down a good variety of items was easy enough, but the cost of shipping, say, 10 different crafty items made the whole idea prohibitively expensive, even when the items themselves weren’t pricey.

Last year, my mother-in-law got an immersion blender. Never again!

So I hope Sampler Select: Pins & Needles is as well-timed a product for others as it has been for me - crafty goodness, times 10, in just one box!

If you can get past the fact that my face is on the front, I hope you’ll consider giving, or receiving, one sometime soon!
